In the meantime, check out some of our restorative methods for getting your smile back into shape:
- Stopping Dental Decay – A cavity is a common problem. And fortunately, it’s an easy ffx. We can mend many cavities with either composite filings or metal fillings. Since composite is shaded to match your teeth, your filling will blend into your smile. A metal filling may be a better choice in areas that experience more chewing pressure. If your cavity is too large for a filling, we can fix it with an inlay, an onlay, or a crown.
- Fixing Cracked or Broken Teeth – Depending on the extent of the damage, we can fix cracks or breaks with a bonding treatment, a veneer, or a crown. Dr. Eccles will determine which one will work best. All three methods result in a natural-looking repair.
- Replacing Missing Teeth – We’ve got multiple methods for replacing teeth – both with and without dental implants. You can fill the spot left by one missing tooth with either an implant/crown combination or a traditional dental bridge. Bridges can also replace several teeth in a row. They can be attached to your other teeth or to implants. For many missing teeth, we offer several dentures options.
- Removing Problematic Teeth – An extraction is a last resort. But it may be necessary, as some teeth are simply too damaged to be saved. Dr. Eccles removes teeth with a gentle touch, when needed. He uses a sting-free method of administering anesthesia called The Wand.
